Buy one coin. Own the whole chain.
Everything about LazyMemes: HOOD10, the index token backed 1:1 by the top 10 Robinhood Chain memecoins — how constituents qualify, how weights are capped and how weekly rebalances work.
Why the index exists
Picking one memecoin is a coin flip. Most go to zero, a few carry the whole chain, and nobody knows which in advance. Robinhood Chain launches faster than anyone can track, so the honest way to be exposed to it is to own the market, not a single ticker.
HOOD10 does that in one token. It holds the top 10 eligible memecoins 1:1 in a vault, weighted by market cap with a 33% cap per name (and 62% across the top three) and rebalanced weekly by rules anyone can verify.
How the index is built
Universe: every Robinhood Chain project we track is pulled live from DexScreener with price, market cap, liquidity and volume.
Screen: liquidity, volume and age filters remove dead and untradeable names.
Rank: the top 10 survivors by FDV become the index.
Weight: FDV-proportional weighting, then a 33% single-name cap and a 62% top-3 cap, with overflow redistributed.
Rebalance: the new basket is published, then executed on schedule — anyone can reproduce the numbers.

FAQ
What is LazyMemes?
LazyMemes is the index layer for Robinhood Chain. Our flagship product HOOD10 is one token backed 1:1 by the top 10 memecoins on the chain — FDV weighted with a 33% cap per name and rebalanced weekly by published rules. Instead of picking one meme and hoping, you own the whole chain.
How are constituents chosen?
We track 111 Robinhood Chain projects. A token qualifies when it clears $50,000 liquidity, $25,000 of 24h volume and 30 days of age. The top 10 eligible names by market cap make the index.
How is it weighted?
The Nifty 50 rule set, applied to memecoins. Nifty weights by free-float market cap; we weight by FDV, the on-chain equivalent. A hard 33% cap applies to any single constituent and the three largest names combined cannot exceed 62%. Overflow is redistributed pro rata across the rest, so one giant can't become the whole basket.
How often does it rebalance?
Weekly — Every Monday, 00:00 UTC. The whole chain is re-screened and re-ranked every week, so names enter and exit automatically. A Nifty-style 3-rank buffer stops churn: an incumbent only leaves once it falls below rank 13, and a challenger only enters inside the top 7. Proposed changes are published 2 days ahead so anyone can check the math before it executes.
What does it cost?
0.3% to mint, 0.3% to redeem, and a 1% annual streaming fee that accrues in index tokens. Fees fund the treasury and $MLUE buyback & burn.
Is it really backed 1:1?
Yes. Every index token is backed by the underlying constituents held in the vault. Mint deposits the basket, redeem returns it. There is no leverage and no synthetic exposure.
