Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your access to LazyMemes and any token you create, buy, sell or interact with through the launchpad.

Effective September 9, 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By using LazyMemes, connecting a wallet or submitting a launch, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not use the launchpad.

2. What LazyMemes provides

LazyMemes is a non-custodial interface for creating and trading community tokens on Arc. Creators may choose a bonding-curve launch that later graduates to a locked Uniswap v4 pool, or a straight-to-market launch using one-sided liquidity and the displayed starting market settings.

Blockchain transactions are submitted from your wallet. LazyMemes does not hold your wallet keys, guarantee transaction completion, operate as your broker, or provide investment, legal or tax advice.

3. Wallets, USDC and transactions

You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, approvals, network selection and transaction details. Launches and initial buys use USDC as shown before confirmation. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible; we cannot recover assets sent to a wrong address or reverse a confirmed launch or trade.

You are also responsible for any Arc network costs, price movement, slippage, failed transactions and third-party wallet or protocol charges shown at confirmation.

4. Launches and creator responsibilities

A creator must provide accurate token information and may upload a name, ticker, logo, description and social links. You may only submit content you own or have permission to use. You must not impersonate a person or project, infringe intellectual property, mislead buyers, manipulate trading, promise guaranteed returns, or launch unlawful, hateful or fraudulent content.

Creators are solely responsible for their token, statements, community, taxes, compliance and any legal classification that may apply. A token appearing on LazyMemes is not an endorsement or verification by LazyMemes.

5. Fees and creator allocation

Unless the launch screen states otherwise, each buy and sell carries a 1% trading fee. Of that fee, 80% is assigned to the creator side and 20% to LazyMemes for platform operations and treasury.

The creator may direct their 80% among creator revenue, holder giveback and token burn. The selected destinations must total 100% of the creator share. If the optional splitter is not changed, the default is 100% creator revenue. Smart-contract execution, rounding and network conditions may affect timing and exact amounts.

6. Trading and token risks

Community tokens are highly speculative and may lose all value. Prices may move sharply, liquidity may be thin, orders may suffer significant slippage, and smart contracts or third-party protocols may fail. Locked liquidity does not prevent price loss, creator selling or market manipulation.

You make every launch and trading decision independently and at your own risk. Past activity, rankings, social links, market cap, FDV or other displayed information does not guarantee authenticity, liquidity or future results.

7. Third-party services

LazyMemes may interact with Arc, wallets, Uniswap v4, storage providers and external websites. Those services have their own terms and risks. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, content or actions.

8. Suspension and prohibited use

We may restrict the website interface, remove unlawful content, or block access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or service integrity. Blockchain contracts and transactions may remain publicly accessible even if the interface no longer displays them.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of profitability, fitness, uptime, accuracy or security. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LazyMemes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost tokens, wallet compromise, smart-contract failure or third-party conduct.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the launchpad develops. The revised date will appear here, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
