Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information LazyMemes handles when you browse, connect a wallet, create a token or trade through the launchpad.
Effective September 9, 2026
1. Information we receive
When you use LazyMemes, we may receive your public wallet address, wallet signatures used to verify control, token launch details, uploaded logos, descriptions, social links, fee-split choices and optional initial-buy amount.
We may also receive contact details you voluntarily provide, such as an email address or social username, plus basic technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring page and error or security logs.
2. Public blockchain information
Launches, wallet addresses, token contracts, trades, fee distributions and other Arc activity are public by design. Blockchain records cannot normally be edited or deleted by LazyMemes. Do not connect a wallet or publish token information you do not want associated with your public activity.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the launchpad, show token pages and previews, process launch requests, connect wallets, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, respond to support requests, comply with law and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
4. Token logos and creator content
Logos and launch content may be stored with managed hosting or storage providers so they remain available at scale. Creator-submitted token information may be publicly displayed, cached and shared with infrastructure services required to deliver the launchpad.
5. Wallets and third parties
Your wallet provider processes wallet connections and transaction approvals. Arc, Uniswap v4, infrastructure, storage, email and social-link providers may process data under their own policies. LazyMemes never needs your seed phrase or private key; never provide either to us or anyone claiming to represent us.
6. Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that host, secure, monitor or support LazyMemes; with authorities where legally required; or in connection with a business reorganization. Public token and blockchain information is visible to anyone.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. Public blockchain records may remain permanently. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, wallet or blockchain system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices
You may disconnect your wallet, clear local browser data, avoid optional fields and ask us about access, correction or deletion of off-chain personal information. We cannot erase public blockchain records or information controlled by independent third parties.
9. Children and international use
LazyMemes is not directed to children under 18. By using the launchpad, you understand that information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the launchpad and applicable rules change. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@lazymemes.fun.
