The full universe is re-screened for liquidity, volume and age, then re-ranked by FDV. A 3-rank buffer keeps borderline names in place: an incumbent only exits below rank 13, a challenger only enters inside the top 7. Changes are published 2 days ahead.

Emergency removal
A constituent is removed immediately, outside the calendar, if it rugs, the liquidity is pulled, ownership is un-renounced or trading is disabled. The freed weight is redistributed pro rata.
